The domain states the following, "The eCalc Toolkit is a collection of web-based calculators allowing Texas Government and Building industry users to design energy efficient buildings at or above code, thus documenting their emissions reductions." I analyzed that the web site said " Please contact us by email ecalcesl." They also stated " Instructions, Notes, and Supporting Documentation are here. Portions US DOE, ASHRAE and FChart Software - e." The meta header had energy as the first search term. This keyword was followed by savings, building modeling, and bim which isn't as important as energy. The other words they uses is above code. IECC is also included and will not be viewed by search crawlers.
